Laura made it as painless as possible though! she answered ALL our questions, looked at soooo many listings to see if our loan would cover it, recommended a great mortgage officer who helped us a lot as well, and was also so kind while doing it. she never seemed to get annoyed over our dumb questions, and explained things we didn't know. she's very personable and easy to talk to and IF we ever have to buy/sell again, we hope she's still a realtor so we can use her again. 10/10, best realtor ever.
